The credit card industry was fed up with this so they petitioned to have the laws changed. It is now known as the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection act of 2005. My debt relief situation is not going to be the right thing so I got involved into a credit counseling program so please help me figure out what the best solution is.
